This is only the beginning

Ruggier started in 2024 with one short idea: do the classics properly. Beef ground every day, smashed on the plancha to order, American cheddar and a sauce of its own. Nothing on the menu that cannot be made perfectly.

Today Ruggier is a take-away kitchen at Andrea Doria 46 in Palma. You order via WhatsApp, Glovo or Uber Eats. The first place with tables is on its way.
